The goal of credit repair is to remove adverse information from credit reports. This is not an exact science and there are cases in which we may be unsuccessful. Victory Asset Recovery, LLC cannot guarantee a specific outcome or accurately predict how long the process will take. Our clients are, however, protected with our 120 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you sign up for service with Victory Asset Recovery, LLC, in any credit repair program, and do not see any incorrect, negative and/or questionable items deleted from any of your credit reports within 120 days from the date your first dispute letter was sent out, you will be entitled to a full refund of your monthly fees paid within those 120 days. You would also get your initiation fee refunded. This does not mean that your credit will be repaired completely during that time frame but, you should see at least one or more incorrect, negative and/or questionable items deleted in this period.

If you continue receiving service from Victory Asset Recovery, LLC beyond the first 120 days of service, you will be entitled to a refund for the amount you paid for the first 120 days of service only, and only if you do not see any incorrect, negative and/or questionable items deleted during that 120-day period.

To apply for a refund, please contact Victory Asset Recovery, LLC and speak with any representative by phone, so your identity can be verified. The representative will guide you through the rest of the process. The Victory Asset Recovery, LLC 120 Day Money Back Guarantee will be strictly subject to you complying with the following terms and conditions:

1.  You send all identifying documents required/requested by mail, fax, or email to Victory Asset Recovery, LLC within five (“5”) calendar days of the date you are asking for your 120 day guarantee refund to be enforced.

2.  That you do not create or cause any new adverse trade lines or adverse credit history to be added to your credit report after your start date in our credit repair program.

3. You make all payments owed to and due to Victory Asset Recovery, LLC, per your agreement, on or before the date they are due. *Modifications to payment dates may result in delays or changes in the time frame of your credit repair.*

4. You remain in agreed upon credit monitoring service for the duration of the program, without cancellation or interruption of that service.

5. You mail, fax, or email Victory Asset Recovery, LLC all correspondences relating in any way to your credit report / credit repair within seven (“7”) calendar days of receiving said correspondence.

6. You mail, fax, or email Victory Asset Recovery, LLC proof of any changes to your name and/or address within seven (“7”) calendar days of the effective date of the change(s).

7. You agree to give Victory Asset Recovery, LLC thirty (“30”) days, from the date you have requested a refund, to allow Victory Asset Recovery, LLC adequate time to review your credit reports and audit your account to verify that no negative items have been removed from your account and to ascertain the reason for this occurring.

8. You do not personally, or with the assistance of an outside individual, group or company, initiate or continue disputes with the credit bureaus and/or creditors, or do anything else that may interfere with Victory Asset Recovery, LLC’s repair process, while you are receiving services from Victory Asset Recovery, LLC.

9. You do not get four or more new hard inquiries from when you first contract with Victory Asset Recovery, LLC.

If you do not comply with any and all of these conditions, you forfeit your right to request a refund under the 120 Day Money Back Guarantee.

VICTORY ASSET RECOVERY, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES EXCEPT FOR THIS 120 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY VICTORY ASSET RECOVERY, LLC WILL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Victory Asset Recovery, LLC'S liability under the 120 Day Money Back Guarantee is expressly limited to the amount you have paid for the first 120 days of service beginning when the clients first dispute letter is sent to the bureaus from Victory Asset Recovery, LLC. (e.g. if client is in service for 180 days, with no change made to their history, they can request a refund, but that refund request will be limited to the first 120 days of service.

You cannot request a refund with the 120 day money back guarantee prior to 120 days elapsing from the date the first credit dispute letters were mailed out.
