Have you ever had a dispute with an internet provider, TV company, or phone company? Have you ever had horrible experiences contacting AT&T and Comcast? Have you had issues with your internet provider's equipment not working or service being poor?

Well if you have answered "yes" to any of these questions it is time for you to consider making a complaint with the FCC. The process for issuing a complaint is simple and not time consuming. I would only recommend contacting the FCC if you have already tried contacting the company you have issues with via phone first.

The advantage to issuing a complaint with the FCC is that the corporation has to deal with you now and they will likely transfer your case over to an executive department. People have reported on the internet that they got free service or coverage for a few months by issuing complaints with the FCC.
